Meet Alex

Alex is a registered nurse and an independent nurse prescriber.

She qualified as a nurse in 2011 and started her career in Emergency medicine.  Along with three years of nursing training at the university of Leeds, this time in an acute care setting allowed her to develop a wealth of experience and knowledge.  After six years developing skills in a challenging critical care setting, Alex discovered her passion for Aesthetics.  She established Alexandra Aesthetics in 2017.  She continuously updates her knowledge and skills within Aesthetics through continued professional development by undertaking a wide range of training including Botulinum Toxin and dermal fillers to an advanced level as well as attaining her nurse prescriber qualification in 2021.

As a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and the Royal College of Nursing patient safety and evidence based practice is paramount in the treatment that Alex provides to her patients.  With her keen aesthetic eye and in depth knowledge of anatomy, she approaches every patient as an individual considering their natural face shape and tailor aesthetic treatments best suited to them specifically.   Alex truly believes in enhancing natural beauty using a subtle approach to become a better more youthful version of yourself.
